Ready to jab, cross, and hook your way to a stronger you? Our new Boxing Fitness class teaches you real boxing fundamentals in a high-energy, full-body workout. No experience necessary—just bring your fighting spirit!
 
Space is limited, first come first serve. All equipment will be provided. Open to all patrons with gym access.
